This workshop is for parents who:
- do not speak Spanish and would like to read to/with their children in Spanish at the K/1 level
- have taken Spanish courses and would like to improve their pronunciation.
- want to encourage and support their children’s reading in Spanish.
The main focus of the workshop will be the Spanish alphabet and sound system. Additionally, you will get tips on how to support your child’s reading, even when her/his Spanish language abilities have surpassed your own.
